Merchant Info For 2025:
We are happy to welcome merchants to Roses at no cost again this year. You will be
accommodated in a different, somewhat more intimate building this year, with adjacent camping space reserved for merchants.
As a new feature, Saturday evening will be modeled on “Midnight Madness” in the middle of War Week at Pennsic, with merchants remaining open later and activities occurring in the adjacent “town square.” We request that all merchants adjust their schedules accordingly, with compensating later starting hours for sales Saturday if
you wish.
If you have merchanted at Roses in the past, you are already familiar with the Shopping Warpoint , a tradition at Wars of the Roses for many years. This warpoint goes to the “side” (York or Lancaster) that spent the most money with the merchants over the course of the event. We encourage as many merchants as possible to participate this year.
If you have not contacted Lady Jaquelinne Sauvageon, merchant coordinator, directly at 106204@members.eastkingdom.org this year, please do so at your earliest convenience. Even if you already have signed up through the website, please contact Lady Jaquelinne directly to confirm that she has your complete information. The last day for merchant sign-up is May 21st.
